This role requires considerable self-motivation, leadership, collaboration, communication, and the ability to influence others positively. Key Responsibilities Master and implement the Gym Rise Personal Training Sales Process & become proficient in the Fitness Consultation. Conduct fitness consultations and assessments for new and existing members. Convert consultations into training clients through relationship-based selling. Conduct high-quality individual and small-group training sessions. Manage session scheduling, tracking, and billing through Club OS. Assist with marketing and promotional activities (including gathering photos/videos for social media). Participate in grassroots marketing and community outreach to drive awareness and new business. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities as requested. Maintain a professional appearance, punctuality, and adherence to Anytime Fitness standards. Qualifications Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified or become certified within 90 days of employment Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of fitness, endurance training, strength/power training, and program design, using the tools given to optimize client results Strong ability to coach and manage time, motivating multiple clients in a group setting Ability to work with clients from all walks of life, abilities, and goals Strong communication skills and team player Flexible schedule, days/nights and weekends Ability to create and post to local social media accounts Preferred Requirements 1 year of personal training experience Salary Range $12 an hour plus commission per Personal Training Session Monthly commission based on total personal training revenue Employment type Part-time Job function Other Industries Health, Wellness & Fitness #J-18808-Ljbffr Anytime Fitness
