We are currently seeking candidates for our AT&T Authorized Sales Associate team as we prepare to expand to additional retail locations this month.

Day To Day Responsibilities

• Represent the AT&T brand, including their cellular mobility services.
• Deliver award-winning customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Qualify customer needs through effective communication and consultation on the sales floor
• Manage customer accounts and handle service upgrades, seeking to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
• Stay up to date with new products and promotions to increase brand awareness and improve market positioning
• Deliver interactive presentations and accurate pricing quotes to customers, highlighting product features and benefits while assisting them in making informed decisions.
