Dillon Nature Center will be hosting Conservation Day on May 6, 2026 to educate school groups about conservation of our environment.
Duties:
Volunteers will be guiding groups of school children and school staff through a variety of learning stations, keeping each group on time to different stations, and assisting the presenters at stations with any needs.
Qualifications:
Volunteers need to have the ability to keep track of time, need to be on their feet for 2+ hours at a time, able to walk 3/4 of a mile, and work well with children. Volunteers will also be outside for a majority of the time.
