Open Positions Include Skid Steer Wheel Loader Sidewalk Machine Sidewalk Team Responsibilities Pre/Post use inspection of equipment Snow removal of paved surfaces with equipment. Relocation and stacking of snow piles. Monitoring of sites to ensure safe conditions Communicate with other teams and route manager throughout storm Perform basic maintenance of equipment and small repairs in the field as needed The right candidate will have the following Have the flexibility to work around the weather, including rain, snow & ice. Have the ability to work long hours, including irregular hours. Nights, weekends and overtime will be required. Understand the importance of quality of work and have the attention to detail to provide this. Willingness to collaborate and step up as a leader. Willingness to communicate openly with direct employees and managers. Ability to meet company cleanliness standards and monitor the quality of work. Other requirements include Valid drivers license and clean record. Reliable transportation to and from work. MA DOT card or the ability to obtain one. MA Hoisting License. Applicants with military experience encouraged to apply This is an on-call seasonal position.
