Job Description

• We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Digital Media Operations Manager to step in and keep our global digital marketing campaigns running smoothly during a maternity leave coverage period. You'll play a key role in digital planning, budget management, and process improvements-while leading two contractors and collaborating with teams across marketing, finance, and procurement.

• 8+ years in digital marketing, media operations, or project management.
• Strong background in budget management, media buying, and campaign execution.
• Experience working with media agencies, creative teams, and global stakeholders.
• Process-driven mindset-able to document and streamline complex workflows.
• Expert in sana, Google Sheets/Excel (managing complex spreadsheets is second nature).
• Skilled at project planning , adapting timelines, and keeping teams aligned.

• Drive high-priority digital marketing initiatives.
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and campaign scalability.
• Support digital operations specialists and agency partners.

• Lead half-year and quarterly media planning for Brand & Demand campaigns.
• Partner with finance on budget forecasting, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Work with procurement/legal on vendor contracts and purchase orders.

• Oversee media planning and execution (digital, print, OOH) with creative and marketing teams.
• Improve brand campaign processes with cross-functional partners.
• Manage ad tech requests and tracking setups as needed.
