Overview Real Estate Transaction Coordinator - No License Required. Must have prior Transaction Coordinating Experience in Real Estate, specifically with Investors. We’re seeking a transaction coordinator to support our real estate investment team. As an investment-focused company, we need a coordinator who understands investor-friendly transactions, such as assignments and novations, and brings attention to detail. In this role, you’ll handle all administrative tasks from contract to close, including managing escrow documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, obtaining seller approvals for offers and counteroffers, and maintaining up-to-date records through accurate data entry. Responsibilities Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly Build strong relationships with sellers by being their main point of contact from the moment a property goes under contract, from the acquisition team. Provide clear, consistent communication with regular updates, coordinate key steps like inspections, photos, showings, and closing logistics, and ensure the seller always knows what to expect throughout the process. Qualifications Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued Passionately about providing excellent customer service Title processing: 1 year (preferred) Bachelor’s (Required) Paralegal: 2 years (preferred) Compensation Compensation: $50,000 - $63,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
