Hiring Timeline & What to Expect

Hiring is competitive, and positions have filled quickly. There are very few openings remaining. That said, it is always a good idea to have an application on file!

Start dates may vary, but all new hires must be able to begin work before mid-June. We're happy to be flexible with scheduling during the school year to help get you trained and set up for success. Applying early is encouraged and can increase your chances of being hired!

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fun and lively environment
• Prepare and serve food efficiently while upholding quality standards
• Follow all state laws and company policies regarding alcohol sales (18+)
• Maintain safety, health, and sanitation standards
• Comply with grooming guidelines, including specific policies to comply with food safety and also limitations on certain facial piercings. (Specifics can be discussed.)
• Be prepared to work some night shifts, as everyone shares responsibility for covering these busy times

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking team players who can deliver on the responsibilities of the role:

• Applicants need to be 14 years or older (We have very limited positions for 14-15 year olds; 16+ preferred)
• Availability for most weekends, Spring Break, and summer.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stretch, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and work efficiently in a busy and loud environment
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness, including adhering to food handling guidelines and grooming standards
• Willingness to learn and grow through our paid training: Virtual orientation, hands-on training, Food Handlers Card, and Responsible Beverage Service training (18+)

Wages & Tips:

Starting pay range is below. All positions include tips averaging around $4/hour, bringing total hourly earnings close to $20 or more depending on role and age

• $17.50/hour for 18+
• $17.00/hour for 16-17 years old
• $16.90/hour for the few positions available for 14-15 year olds
