Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Men's Ministry and discipleship initiatives.
• Develop and strengthen leadership pathways for volunteers and ministry leaders.
• Oversee guest assimilation and next-step processes-from first-time guest to engaged leader.
• Provide pastoral care through coaching, counseling, hospital visitation, prayer, weddings, funerals, and crisis support.
• Recruit, train, equip, and encourage Visioneers (volunteers).
• Serve as part of the teaching team through preaching and Bible teaching opportunities.
• Help strengthen discipleship, leadership development, and church-wide ministry effectiveness.
• Champion the mission, vision, values, and culture of Century Assembly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies, Ministry, Theology, or related field (preferred).
• Assemblies of God credentialed minister or actively pursuing credentialing.
• Previous pastoral ministry experience in discipleship, leadership development, pastoral care, or related ministry.
• Strong understanding of Assemblies of God doctrine and philosophy of ministry.
• Demonstrated success recruiting and developing volunteer leaders.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete fingerprinting and Mandated Reporter training (or willingness to obtain).
