Perks & Compensation Competitive Base Salary (negotiated) + top-tier commission structure Earnings Potential: $90K – $225K annual income for strong performers Company Car + Gas Allowance (when available) Comprehensive Benefits: Health, disability, retirement Paid holidays, sick leave & vacation Company-provided tech: Laptop, iPad, phone Training & support: Office staff support and leader-driven mentorship Role Overview As a Sales Project Manager, you\'ll: Conduct on-site inspections for structural, drainage, crawlspace, and waterproofing needs Develop customized repair recommendations for homeowners and commercial clients Manage project proposals, estimates, and customer tracking using CRM and job-costing tools Represent AMC with professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills Attend regular meetings at our Norfolk office Service Territory Northern reach to Williamsburg, west to Smithfield & Suffolk, and south to the Virginia–North Carolina border. Coverage includes all Hampton Roads communities: Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Newport News, Hampton, and surrounding areas.
