Job Description
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Pickers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role is responsible for accurately pulling, staging, and preparing materials and products for shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the warehouse.
ResponsibilitiesPick and prepare customer orders accurately using pick sheets, scanners, or warehouse systems
Move materials and finished products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
Stage materials for shipping, production, or distribution
Verify product counts, labels, and order accuracy
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Work closely with shipping, receiving, and production teams to meet daily goals
Report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials to supervisors
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when certified
Previous warehouse, picking, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
Basic computer or scanner experience is a plus
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely
