Test Architect Must Have Technical/Functional Skills - Strong experience in Software Testing and QA Architecture - Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Test Governance - Automation frameworks (Python, BDD Framework, Cypress, Playwright) - API testing (REST, SOAP) using Postman / RestAssured - CI/CD integration with automated testing - Performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) - Experience in Telecom domain - Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary: The Test Architect will be responsible for defining and driving the overall test architecture and quality strategy for enterprise applications. This role ensures high quality, scalability, and reliability of systems through robust testing frameworks, automation, and governance Key Responsibilities: - Define enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy as per STLC standards - Implement scalable test automation frameworks - Establish testing standards, best practices, and governance as per STLC - Lead test planning, estimation, and risk-based testing approaches - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines - Guide teams on functional, integration, system, and UAT testing - Oversee non-functional testing including performance and security - Mentor QA leads and test engineers - Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams Required Qualifications: - Should have experience in driving onsite/ offshore team - 10+ years of overall testing experience - 4+ years in Test Architect / QA Architect role - Strong hands-on automation and framework design experience Preferred Qualifications: - Telecom / Media domain experience - Experience with cloud testing (AWS / Azure) - Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber/ Behave)
