Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our proprietary platform and your network to identify prospective healthcare candidates
• Engage potential candidates to discuss opportunities at MLR and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our top recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Regularly follow up with leads to sustain engagement and assist in the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Achieve commission based on successful meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires originating from your outreach

Your Earning Potential
