Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our unique platform and your network to identify promising healthcare candidates
• Engage potential candidates by introducing MLR's opportunities and determining their interest
• Coordinate appointments for candidates with our recruiters for thorough evaluations
• Follow up with leads to keep interest alive and facilitate their hiring journey
• Ensure meticulous and up-to-date records are maintained in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires resulting from your leads

What You Need to Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starting attitudeyour day is yours to design
• A passion for connecting with others and supporting them in their career journeys
• No prior recruitment background necessary; we value organization and resourcefulness and will train you on the rest!

Compensation Overview

This is a commission-only position, meaning your earning potential is unlimited. The more proactivity you show, the greater your rewards will be. Your compensation will involve:

• Commission for each meeting you set with qualified candidates
• Bonuses when interviews occur as a result of your outreach
• Increased commissions on new business brought in
• Extra bonuses when placements are made through your lead
