Your Responsibilities

* Engage with candidates, introducing them to MLR's exciting opportunities and assessing their interest

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations

* Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture their interest and support their hiring journey

* Keep accurate records in our applicant tracking system to ensure up-to-date information

* Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews held, and successful placements from your leads

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based position with performance incentives, providing unlimited growth potential without any earning caps.
