Responsibilities Review all invoices received for appropriate documentation. Manage AP entries using multiple accounting software and other programs. Handle AP for separate entities and vendors Provide proper general ledger account coding and location. Assist in a weekly check run by reviewing the AP Aging and due dates. Reconcile vendor statement, research and correct discrepancies as needed. Provide customer service to the vendors and internal business partners. Assist in annual 1099 reporting. Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications BA Degree in Accounting or Business preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable. Must have Excel knowledge (as well as Word/Outlook) Excellent written and oral communication skills.
