A family-focused household is seeking an exceptional career nanny to join their family and provide loving, engaging care for their three children. The family has two sweet, energetic daughters, ages 6 and 3, and a newborn. The older girls are happy, outgoing children who love laughter, creativity, music, dancing, arts and crafts, imaginative play, and spending quality time with the people they love. They are close with one another, generally get along very well, and thrive with a nanny who is active, positive, and genuinely enjoys engaging with them throughout the day. This is a close-knit family that truly enjoys spending time together and values creating a warm, supportive home environment. They are looking for a nanny who will become a natural extension of their family and who feels comfortable working alongside involved parents in a collaborative environment.


The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of direct professional nanny experience and possess a nurturing, proactive, and highly professional approach to childcare. Responsibilities will include planning enriching activities, keeping the children active and engaged, preparing meals and lunches, managing children's laundry, maintaining children's spaces, and handling all child-related tasks with a positive, team-oriented attitude.


They are hoping to find someone who is pleasant to be around, communicates well with both parents, and brings positive energy into the home each day. Their ideal nanny is hardworking, dependable, engaging, and genuinely happy to be part of the family's daily life. The role also requires travel flexibility, as the family spends time throughout the year at their home in the Dominican Republic and would love a nanny who can accompany them for several weeks annually. A valid passport is required.
