Job Summary

We are seeking an Jr. SAP Consultant to support and enhance our SAP S/4HANA and ERP landscape. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of SAP an understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes, and excellent communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

Pharmaceutical or consumer products industry experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Under Guidance....

Design, configure, and support SAP PP modules in an S/4HANA environment
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Support end-to-end processes including procurement, inventory management, MRP, production planning, shop floor control, and goods movement
Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements (ECC to S/4HANA experience is a plus)
Provide functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system support and optimization
Create and maintain functional documentation and user training materials
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and IT

Required Qualifications

1+ years work experience
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of SAP
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or consumer products industries
Knowledge of batch management, quality processes, or regulated environments
