Job Description

The Information Technology Summer Intern will support the IT Department in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing the technology infrastructure that supports hotel operations, attractions, food and beverage outlets, ticketing systems, and administrative offices.

This internship provides hands-on experience in enterprise technology systems within a high-volume hospitality and entertainment environment. The intern will work directly with IT leadership and technical staff to gain exposure to network infrastructure, user support, hardware deployment, system maintenance, and operational technology support.

This is a focused, non-rotational internship designed to provide in-depth experience within the IT department.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within the past 12 months) from an accredited college, university, or technical program
• Pursuing a degree or certification in:
  
  
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Information Systems
  • Cybersecurity
  • Network Administration
  • Software Engineering

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting processes
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and general desktop support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to diagnose technical issues using logical troubleshooting steps
• Professional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer-service mindset appropriate for a hospitality environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding system access, credentials, and sensitive data
• Ability to lift and transport IT equipment (up to 40 lbs)
