In this role, you'll be a key player in our restoration and mitigation projects, helping bring properties back to life. You'll team up with seasoned pros, learning valuable skills and gaining hands-on experience in the construction and restoration world. Responsibilities: Someone that values personal appearance for the purposes of interacting with clients Assisting with various mitigation and restoration tasks, including demolition, carpentry, painting, and general labor duties. Operating and maintaining construction equipment and tools under supervision. Loading and unloading materials and supplies at project sites. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Following instructions from supervisors and adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations. Requirements: Prior experience in construction or restoration work is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. Ability to work year round. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A valid driver's license.
