Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our food production operations at Buckhead Life Restaurant Group. This position is vital for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and delivery, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

• Manage all aspects of food production, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high sanitary standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement menus in collaboration with culinary teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Resolve any issues that arise during food preparation and service.

• 3+ years of experience in kitchen management or food production
• Prior experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Production Supervisor
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to manage high-volume kitchen environments
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent require

• Experience in high-volume food production.
• Knowledge of cost control and budgeting.
• Creative menu development skills.
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques and cuisines.
