Our established Fort Collins law firm is seeking a motivated attorney to join our growing family law practice. This hybrid remote position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload while maintaining a manageable 130 billable hours per month and a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings (as needed). Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel. Maintain a monthly billable target of 130 hours. Qualifications Active Colorado Bar license (required). 1–7 years of family law experience preferred. Excellent communication, writing, and client management skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously. Comfortable in a hybrid environment (in-office several days/month as needed). What We Offer Hybrid remote flexibility.
