Level 3, about 5 years experience. Can be electrical, controls, boiler incredibly hard to find. Control knowledge would be the key. Worked around boilers of some sort.
Facility maintenance guy would be a good fit. Doesn’t want to be stuck in a plant every day.
Knowledge they bring is diverse, controls, electrical, mechanical. Key person to consider.
