We are searching for a skilled E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager to lead a luxury e-commerce business. The individual will be responsible for managing the client's U.S. e-commerce website, overseeing creative production, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance performance, maintain brand consistency, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key responsibilities include serving as the main contact for the client's website, creative and marketing teams, and web developers. The role also involves leading creative teams through planning and delivering high-quality assets, overseeing daily operations on a Shopify Plus site, and executing site content updates.
Additional duties involve planning and executing e-commerce operations like product uploads, photography, merchandising, and asset and inventory management. The role includes reviewing and editing all published content for accuracy and brand alignment, producing monthly photoshoots, and managing marketing calendars. The manager will handle twice-weekly email marketing campaigns and generate performance reports to optimize site sales, working closely with operations and client services to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience. Collaboration with retail and merchandising teams, as well as social media and digital agencies, is crucial for consistent messaging and coordinated marketing efforts across all channels.
The ideal candidate should have 3-5+ years of digital and e-commerce experience, particularly in fashion or luxury sectors, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify Plus. Proficiency in email and CRM platforms, preferably Klaviyo, and experience with Google Analytics is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and organizational abilities are required, as is a creative perspective and strong Excel skills. This role demands a proactive individual capable of managing multifaceted responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
