**What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in dental assisting
• Inspire and motivate students to succeed in both classroom and clinical settings
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout students’ educational journey
• Maintain a positive, high-energy learning environment
• Track student progress and ensure program outcomes are achieved

**What We’re Looking For:
**

• Dental assisting experience, RDA required
• Previous teaching or training experience is a plus—but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High energy, positivity, and a passion for helping others grow
• A go-getter mindset with the ability to motivate and connect with students
