Position Overview

In this role, you will assist customers by responding to inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about services, policies, and offerings
• Assist customers with requests, updates, and general support
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills (email, messaging platforms, data entry)
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
