The Construction Office Assistant will provide vital administrative support for mixed construction projects, ensuring smooth office operations. This role is entirely office-based, with no on-site interaction or travel required, and involves working closely with the office manager. The assistant will handle document management, invoice processing, and communication tasks using general office and accounting software to help maintain project efficiency and organization.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize construction documents and records
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain filing systems
• Process invoices and coordinate with vendors
• Prepare reports and correspondence as needed
• Liaise with vendors and office personnel to facilitate communication

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction administration
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
• Skilled in data entry and record keeping
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
