Community Manager - Japan is a part-time role responsible for building and growing the local community ecosystem by cultivating relationships with users and advocates, supporting community-led events, and activating local ambassadors. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a focused country-level community plan aligned with global direction Identify, recruit, and support local ambassadors who can educate users and represent the community Enable ambassadors and partners with resources, guidance, and ongoing support Required Qualifications Experience in community building, creator platforms, SaaS, or education-led products Ability to drive outcomes through relationships Comfortable working independently with clarity of scope and flexible engagement Experience running events or programs at scale is a plus Familiarity with partnerships in the creator ecosystem is advantageous
