From Lollapalooza to the NFL Draft , galas, weddings, corporate events, mitzvahs, and private parties, our culinary team sets the standard for Chicago catering. Now, we're looking for talented prep cooks and kitchen professionals to join our commissary team.

As a Prep Cook, you will play an essential role in our commissary kitchen:

• Food Preparation & Cooking : Wash, chop, measure, and cook ingredients to support daily production and large-scale catering menus.
• Menu Execution : Work with Party Chefs to prepare appetizers, salads, entrees, sides, and more, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Kitchen Organization : Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Event Support : Assist in preparing food for Chicago's top catering events, ensuring all orders are accurate and ready for transport.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with fellow prep cooks, chefs, and kitchen staff to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous prep cook, line cook, or kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume kitchen.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
