As a CLM Cloud Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Contract Lifecycle Management system in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in CLM platforms, cloud technologies, and a deep understanding of contract management processes.


Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain Contract Lifecycle Management solutions in a cloud environment.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective CLM configurations.
3. Configure and customize CLM applications to meet the organization's specific needs and workflow requirements.
4. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the CLM system in a cloud-based infrastructure.
5. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to integrate CLM solutions with other enterprise systems.
6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CLM-related issues.
7. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in CLM and cloud technologies.
8. Participate in the evaluation and selection of CLM tools and technologies to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a CLM Cloud Engineer or a similar role.
2. Strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management platforms such as Icertis, Conga, or similar.
3. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
4. Proficiency in configuring and customizing CLM applications to meet specific business requirements.
5. Solid understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
6. Knowledge of API integrations and data migration strategies.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
