Responsible for selecting "the best of the best" products for our online shoppers. Will also be responsible for accurately selecting groceries ordered online by our customers.

Primary duties and responsibilities include providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service, accurately selecting groceries, adhering to company policies, and reporting to work on time.
Secondary duties and responsibilities include tendering customer orders, ensuring product temperature, lifting and loading groceries, and performing other job-related duties.
Education and experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Commitment to the Hy-Vee mission, good verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, organization, multitasking, ability to work independently, and physical requirements.
Physical requirements include visual ability, medium work capacity, and various physical activities.
Working conditions are mostly in a retail store setting with possible exposure to dust, noise, temperature extremes, moving equipment, and electrical shock.
Equipment used includes pallet jack, box cutter, cash registers, trash compactor, forklift, calculator, telephone, intercom, cardboard compactor, copier, and fax.
Contacts include daily contact with store personnel, customers, and the general public.
