This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL. We are seeking dedicated professionals for various positions, including Administrative Support, Flooring Installers, Estimators, and Project Managers. Responsibilities may include managing client communications, overseeing flooring installations, preparing cost estimates, coordinating projects, and ensuring the timely and quality execution of all tasks. Candidates will collaborate closely with clients, team members, and vendors to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Experience or expertise with Hardwood Flooring and Hardwood materials
• Knowledge and skills related to Carpet and Carpet Installation
• Proficiency in various types of Flooring, including Ceramic flooring
• Strong project management skills and ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in construction or flooring industry is preferred but not required
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
